Each consultation begins with listening to the needs of our customer and addressing those needs with solutions that fit their budget. Upfront Home Exteriors never uses "up selling" techniques, disingenuous marketing, or spur of the moment discounts that seem too good to be true. Hello, I am Thomas Sorce. For as long as I have been working in the home improvement industry, it has always been a dream of mine to improve the improvement industry. I've been fortunate enough to work for ethical companies in the past but over the years people have shared some of their negative experiences with past contractors and companies they've dealt with. The vast majority of these stories and issues could have been resolved by those companies purely communicating better with their customer. Of course, some of these situations like incomplete job projects, poor customer service, or contending with lack luster warranties I find difficult to justify on any professional level.

Born and raised on Milwaukee's Southside I have always enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. One of my first jobs as a young man was working at a Mom and Pop hardware store in my neighborhood. I had an excellent boss who took many opportunities to teach me about home improvements. He never hesitated to send me to a seminar to learn more about plumbing or electrical projects. Although, I truly valued the educational investments he had provided me, it was his appreciation for the customers who patronized his store that I found contagious. Doing right by the customer or going that extra mile guaranteed that they would be back time and time again. It is these very acts of kindness and appreciation that have been ingrained in me to this day. I take pride in delivering "old school" service and providing quality products.
